Mr. Oscar Galindo is an electrical engineer from the ITESO www.iteso.mx, he has a degree on control and regulation theory and Digital control in Germany (Karlsruhe) www.uni-karlsruhe.de, is graduate of Ambient Legislation and Administration of Energy and Environmental Control from the Universidad de Guadalajara www.udg.mx
He is the chairman of the board of Eoliatec del Istmo and CEO of Energytec de Mexico www.energytec.com.mx. He is a founder and member of companies - Energytec de México, Consorcio Energía, S. de R.L., Eoliatec de México, Eoliatec del Istmo.
Mr. Oscar Galindo has an experience in a business administration, development of energy sector in Mexico, evaluation of new technology in energy sector application, evaluation of localities suitable for wind farms, energy tariffs and transport, reports of energy behavior and quality, specification, project, acquisition and establishment of monitoring equipment of electrical variation, registers of disturbances and failures, energy quality monitories and of SCADA (energy systems supervisory control and data acquisition).
He is an active member and was Vice-President of The Mexican Wind Energy Association www.amdee.org and member of the National Solar Energy Association, www.anes.org.
